It all started when…

Monique Henry-Hudson moderator, producer and digital content creator was asked to create the "Black In Animation" panel for Blerd City Con in Brooklyn in July of 2018. After amazing feedback Monique thought it was something that needed to continue. Thus DiverseToons was created with publicist and friend Jade Seaberry a month later. This panel brings awareness to the lack of diversity within studios worldwide. It is also a place to make connections and hopefully learn how you can make a way in the door for yourself from the people on our panels.
